Upload terms

When you send photos to an event on Hundred Cameras, these terms apply between you and the event's organizer.

You keep your copyright

The photos are still yours. Sending them does not transfer ownership.

What the organizer may do

When you send photos you choose what the event's organizer may use them for: social media, advertising, display boards at events, or all three. For the uses you choose, you give the organizer a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, copy, edit, display and publish the photos, and to pass that permission on to its partners for the same uses. Where practical, the organizer will credit you by the name on your account.

If you choose none of these, the organizer may view and keep your photos for the event's own records but not publish them.

What you confirm

You confirm that you took the photos, or have the right to share them, and that they don't break any law.

People in your photos

This permission covers your rights as the photographer. Organizers are responsible for getting releases from people shown in photos before using them in advertising.

Removing a photo

To have a photo removed, ask the event's organizer, or email hello@hundredcameras.com and we'll help.
