Privacy Policy
This explains what Hundred Cameras collects, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- Photos you send, with any note, the band or team you picked, what you allowed them to be used for, and the time you sent them. Original files can include details your phone stored in them, such as the date taken and sometimes the location.
- Your account, if you make one: your email or mobile number, and your name and profile photo if you signed in with a service that provides them.
- Your choices for each organizer (whether they may see your profile or contact you), with the date and the exact wording you agreed to.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic device and browser information, used for security and to prevent abuse.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the service needs: one that keeps you signed in (for up to 30 days after your last visit), and, if you send photos without signing in, one that lets you save those photos to an account later. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who sees your photos and details
- The event's organizer sees the photos you send them. They see your name, and your email or number, only if you allowed it, and you can change that at any time from My uploads.
- Other guests never see your photos. There is no public gallery.
- Where the organizer sends them: organizers can copy approved photos to their own storage (such as Box) and, if you allowed contact, add you to their contact list (such as GoHighLevel). Those services' own privacy policies then apply.
- Companies that run the service for us: hosting (Vercel), database and sign-in (Supabase), photo storage (Cloudflare) and email delivery (Resend). They process data only to provide their service to us.
We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Photos are kept as long as the organizer's plan keeps them, then deleted. Photos an organizer deletes are removed from our storage within about a week. Unfinished uploads are removed within a day. Copies an organizer made in their own storage are theirs to manage.
Children
Accounts are for people 13 and older. Photos at school and youth events may show minors; organizers are responsible for the releases they need before using such photos in advertising.
Your choices and rights
You can see the photos you sent and change what each organizer may see in My uploads. To get a copy of your data, or to delete your account, email hello@hundredcameras.com. Photos an organizer already approved are covered by the upload terms; ask the organizer to remove them, or contact us and we'll help.
