Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Hundred Cameras (hundredcameras.com), a service that lets event organizers collect photos from their guests. "We" means Hundred Cameras [legal business name to be confirmed]. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Organizers must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for their organization.
Guests
You can send photos to an event without an account. When you send photos you also agree to the upload terms, which give the event's organizer permission to use them. Only send photos you took or have the right to share, and nothing illegal, explicit, hateful or that invades someone's privacy.
Organizers
You're responsible for your events, for how you use the photos you collect, and for getting any releases you need from people shown in photos before using them in advertising. You agree to remove photos when asked by the person who sent them or the people shown in them, where the law requires it. Don't use guests' contact details except as they allowed.
Plans and payment
Your first event is free with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep access for 30 days to download your photos. Photos already synced to your own storage, such as Box, stay there.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You let us store, process and display it only to run the service: for example, making thumbnails and delivering photos to the organizer and to the storage they connect.
What we may do
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities as the law requires.
No guarantees
We work to keep the service running and photos safe, but it's provided "as is." Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell organizers by email before it takes effect.
